"Annie" is a beloved musical that tells the heartwarming story of a spirited young orphan named Annie who dreams of a better life beyond the confines of the orphanage. Set during the Great Depression, the musical captures Annie's adventures as she is selected to spend a week with the wealthy Oliver Warbucks, who is initially gruff but gradually warms up to her infectious optimism. Through memorable songs like "Tomorrow" and "It’s a Hard Knock Life," "Annie" explores themes of hope, resilience, and the search for family, ultimately reminding audiences of the power of love and friendship amidst adversity.
